Real Estate Values

There is one thing that continues to rise in value consistently: real estate, or land. The reason glibly given is that they don't make it anymore. Well, this is not exactly true because some people have made it a living to create new land. The technique usually involves creating land from water or reclamation. An area of water is filled with earth to make dry land. This is done in many countries which have great need for land and are willing to go to great expense to make new land. Of course, the resulting real estate becomes very valuable.

Daniel Ludwig is one person who is in the business of making new land too and he does it not by creating land from water but from forest. The great Amazon jungles of Brazil are largely inhabitable only by animals, insects, trees, herbs, plants and hardy people who have learned to live with all of those who live in those jungles. Daniel Ludwig has created a city out of these jungles and filled it with people and industrial equipment and plants of a metallic and mechanical nature and created an industry where only animals, birds, insects, etc. lived.
